Kidada Hawkins has worked hard in all of his positions to foster healthy financial stewardship. In multiple cases, he took a position in a facility that had seen annual losses in revenue. Under his leadership, each of these organizations was able to reverse that trend and begin seeing profits within a few years. Kidada Hawkins achieved this by adding new service lines, recruiting new talent, increasing patient volume, and reducing costs. Kidada Hawkins works in partnership with physicians to help find solutions that are beneficial to everyone involved, reducing the load on professionals while improving the quality of care patients receive.
Before launching his professional career, Kidada Hawkins earned his bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College and has completed two master’s degree programs at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His educational background prepared him well for his executive roles in these challenging healthcare facilities. As someone passionate about community, Kidada enjoys utilizing his experience and education to improve healthcare experiences for everyday consumers.
